The album is based on studio recording sessions of experimental electronic music that took place on September 15, 2007, and October 14, 2007.

Description

The music for this album was born suddenly for the members of the electronic project «K-KVADRAT» — Andrey Klimkovsky and Igor Kolesnikov — and they had no intention of recording tracks or undertaking any serious musical experiments. They simply wanted to test a couple of the latest KORG synthesizers, but in real time, which is what they did. Needless to say, no one specifically prepared melodies, rhythms, or harmonic ideas for this testing — everything was created "here and now" — by four hands and two minds. However, everything recorded during those test sessions was safely shelved. Until a some point.

Nevertheless, the musicians continued to gather in the studio and conduct electronic musical experiments. And each session inevitably yielded something interesting and unexpected, undoubtedly of interest to many lovers of electronic sound. Over time, enough material accumulated to rethink its value. That's why NEANE Records is starting to publish experimental sessions by Andrey Klimkovsky and Igor Kolesnikov, who have united into the avant-garde duo «K-KVADRAT».
